COLLIERVILLE MIDDLE SCHOOL TRACK and FIELD
Collierville Middle School Track and Field Team. Practice begins March 3rd at 6:00 pm at the track behind Collierville Elementary. We will practice every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00pm, and Saturday at 9:00 am. Cost to participate is $165 and includes uniform and all meet fees. Registration deadline is Feb 25th 2020 at 3:30pm. Parent Meeting Feb 24th 6:00 pm at the track . All students are required to have an Athletic Physical to participate in the program that must be completed prior to the first practice.
All parents and students are required to fill out an assumption of risk, cardiac arrest, and concussion form on the SportsWare website.
