Non-Traditional Student Eligibility Participation
1. Home School student-athlete notifies Collierville Schools their intentions to participate in athletics and completes the "Intent to Home School" document and returns to Student Services

2. Student Services confirms student-athlete lives in district and notifies District Athletic Director
3. Home School Eligibility Report is then completed and notifies student-athlete family of approval/denial
4. Student-Athlete will then contact Head Coach for tryout information

Steps for Building AD Submitting Eligibility for Non-traditional Students
- Add the student to your school's TSSAA Portal.
- Answer the eligibility questions for the student.
- Submit an online Transfer Form if the Portal directs you to do so.
- Add the student to your roster prior to their participation.
There is no longer a separate Online Homeschool Form.
